I’m Not Hungry – I Just Want to Eat Food

Old joke: America is the only country where man goes hunting on a full stomach. Think about that.

Water is your friend.

Not flavored water, not smart water you spend money on. Water that comes from your home or tap. Try drinking it when you get that common urge to eat something when you believe you’re hungry. But it turns out that you only want something because everyone around you is eating.

Funny thing I learned at all of 23 with eating more healthily: it is about calories, but losing weight is a simple math problem that can’t be solved over night or with numbers. Makes sense right? Don’t worry – #MarieLogic takes time to comprehend.

Basically – stop putting food in your mouth. (Eat less & exercise more)

Stop putting bad food in your mouth.
Stop putting food in your mouth because you’re bored.
Stop putting food in your mouth past 9pm.
Stop putting food in your mouth because everyone else is.
Stop making excuses to put food in your mouth.
(I think I’m hungry, wait 10 minutes & drink some water or tea to see if you really are)
Stop putting food in your mouth as an excuse for anything you’re avoiding.

Try this for two weeks + exercise for 30-1 hour, 3x a week at minimum.
By decreasing what is going in & increasing what you’re burning, your “working out” might actually “work”.
